Payment plans:

A. Early Bird, Tuition paid in full for the school year by July 15th receives 8% discount.

B. Full tuition paid by August 31 receives a 5% discount.

C. Monthly Payment due by the 1st to the 5th of each month. * (a late fee of $25.00 is enforced).

Before a place can be guaranteed for your child in next years class, we must receive a completed application and enrollment contract with fees.

Tuition Obligation

Our school expenses are incurred on an annual basis; therefore, we cannot refund paid tuition or cancel unpaid obligations in the event of a student leaving during the Academic year.
We will accept withdrawal letters with a 60 day notice upon a job transfer and a written note from your employer.

Childcare

The regular morning childcare hours are 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. ( you can make occasional arrangements for 7:30 a.m.). The regular after school hours are 2:30 - 6:00 p.m. (regular hours begin the week of September 10). We will keep a record of your hours via the time clock and the school will issue a bill at the end of the month, to be paid with your tuition. The cost for childcare is $3.00 an hour. Activities and art projects as well as free play will be part of the childcare program. If our child needs to nap, that also is available. People planning to use the child care regularly could give us a monthly schedule. Childcare will be available on all workdays and conference days and holidays if there are enough children. A late fee past 6:00 p.m. will be charged at a rate of $1.00 per minute. You will be billed for this. Childcare is paid to Far Horizons.

Volunteer Time

We require 8 hours (each school year) spent helping the school in various ways: weeding, field trip help, classroom help etc. If you do not complete your volunteer time by the end of the school year, you will be charged $10 and hour for each hour not performed.
