Summer Camp 2011!
Summer CAMP dates are: June 22 through September 2 from 9:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
A summer of Our Global Community and trips around town on the bus! Located at Far Horizons campus, a Montessori School licensed by the State. All teachers are trained. You may choose a 5 day week, weekly schedule or the full session option. Children ages 3 to 11 years will be accepted. Camp fee is paid when you register. Camp will be in our multi-purpose room.
During CAMP, as an introduction to the Montessori classroom, our new primary students as well as our current Primary ages 3-4 will be in the Primary 2 classroom. They will be integrated into the camp activities separately and for shorter periods of time. For clarification, Please talk to Lynn Berhow the Primary 2 assistant.
FUN will start daily from 8:00 - 9:30 am. Before camp and also from 1:00 to 6:00 pm. The fee is $3.00 per hour. Please indicate your need for Fun Care on the signup form. there will be a cap on camp and Fun Care for those who sign up for the 1st session and the Fun Care cap is $725. The 2nd session cap is $600.
Fun Care is available before CAMP, June 20 & 21
Fun Care activities (during all CAMPS)
Art, craft projects, nature walks, park outings, swimming, music gardening, puppets and theater, cooking as well as individual choice activities etc.
